Product Description
The wireless remote transmission smart water meter adopts the low-frequency narrowband (band: 470MHz-510MHz) micro-power wireless communication technology, and utilizes the most stable and reliable direct spread spectrum technology to ensure the consistency of the communication distance of the water meter; the water meter data is collected by the wireless concentrator. Now mature GPRS/CDMA/3G/4G public network wireless communication is transmitted to the background meter reading system, which is cheap, stable in communication and mature in technology.
With the micro-power wireless communication technology of direct-sequence spread spectrum, the remote meter reading control becomes much simpler, which satisfies the requirements of the background management system. The measurement data can be automatically generated and entered, and the water meter data can be automatically copied, controlled, and stored. The functions of query, monthly settlement, meter reading settlement, charge settlement, report printing, etc., classify the collected data.
1. Wireless remote water meter introduction
Measurement:
1) Electromechanical separation design: The magnetic induction and acquisition technology is adopted, and the mechanical part and the electrical part are separated to avoid the influence between the water circuit and the circuit.
2) Coded sampling technology: According to the collected measurement signal sequence, the direction of water flow can be identified, and the miscalculation caused by water pressure instability, impeller jitter and backwater is solved, and the measurement is more accurate.
2. Information inquiry
1) The management system or mobile phone can query the water consumption, water meter status, signal strength and other information at any time.
2) The water meter is designed with liquid crystal display. In addition to querying relevant information in the management system or mobile phone, the relevant information can also be queried on site.
3. Active reporting and call response dual communication mechanism
1) Timing report: The wireless water meter periodically reports the water information and water meter working status. This mechanism can greatly save the power consumption of the wireless water meter.
2) The alarm information is automatically reported: the alarm message is immediately reported by the magnetic attack, the battery is under voltage or the battery is destroyed, and the alarm information is immediately reported.
3) Calling response: The system actively calls the water meter data and status, and can remotely control the water meter valve in real time to ensure the timeliness of response.
Due to the dual mechanism, it takes into account the advantages of real-time, low power consumption, real-time measurement and control.

1.3. Environmental adaptability
1. Waterproof and moisture proof design
With special potting material and special potting technology, the water is expressed in IP68 protection level and can be installed in almost any environment. The potting material is invariable at -30°C-70°C, does not crack, and does not become brittle. It fully satisfies the installation in water immersion and high humidity environment.
2. Anti-rust function
The water meter valve automatically switches every half month to prevent the valve from rusting.

1. The base case is made of copper shell, stainless steel ball valve, and the remote part is made of ABS plastic case. The electronic part is potted with special technology. The waterproof level is in accordance with the IP protection standard of the IP code standard, which ensures the water meter meets the service life requirement.
